Yes, you can charge a P1 with a 2A AC adapter as long as the voltage is less than 5V. You can charge P1 with any AC adapter that has 0.3 - 2.1A.

Yes, P1 has 2 USB outputs so you can charge 2 devices at the same time.
When the battery is done charging, the 4 blue LED indicators will stay on instead of flashing.
P1 can be charged using the included Micro USB. Connect the Micro USB to P1's Micro USB input, and connect the USB side to any AC adapter with 5V or less output or your laptops and computers.
